Your next step, sooner.
One-to-one sparring for your first five years in consulting and finance, and help for new managers and the businesses they work in. What you tell me stays between us.
Your next step.
For when you're working hard, the next promotion feels far away, and you'd like a second opinion from someone who has sat on the other side of the table.
20-minute intro call
Tell me where you're stuck. You'll leave with one next step, whether we work together or not.
Career sparring
One hour on a single question: a promotion case, a job offer, a difficult manager, or what to do after a master's.
- A short form before we talk, so we start in the middle
- One hour by video call
- A written summary and your next three steps
Promotion plan
Three sessions over three months: agree the criteria with your manager, build your evidence file, prepare the conversation.
- Three one-hour sessions, six weeks apart
- Email between sessions
- Your one-page case, ready for your manager
Prices include VAT. Many employers pay for this from a learning budget; ask, and I'll invoice the company.
Grow the people.
For new managers who were promoted for being good at the work, and now have to lead the people doing it.
First Team cohort
Six weeks with a small group of new managers, applied to your own team.
Fix the business.
For when costs keep creeping back, the numbers don't add up, or nobody trusts the forecast.
Before you ask.
Is this only for people in Copenhagen?
No. Everything happens online, and I work with people anywhere in the world. Calls are in English, Slovene, Croatian, Italian, Spanish or Norwegian.
I'm still studying. Is this for me?
Yes, if you're finishing a master's and heading into consulting or finance. The best time to learn how promotions work is before your first review.
Is it really free?
The series, the notes and the guide are free, with no login. You only pay if you want one-to-one help with your own situation.
Why not just watch YouTube or ask ChatGPT?
Do. They're good at general advice. What they can't give you is the view from someone who has sat on the side of the table where the decision is made, applied to your situation.
Will my employer find out?
No. Sessions are private, and nothing you share leaves the conversation.
Can my employer pay?
Often, yes. Many companies have a learning budget. Ask your manager, and I'll invoice the company instead of you.
What if I need to cancel or move a session?
Move it for free up to 24 hours before. If you buy and change your mind within 14 days, you get a full refund, as the terms of sale explain.
I'm not in consulting or finance. Will it still help?
Mostly, yes. Promotions, politics and self-doubt work much the same in any large company. The examples just come from consulting and finance.
Can you promise I'll get promoted faster?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is help you understand how the decision is made and make your case clearly. That part is in your hands.
